gh-129117: Add unicodedata.isxidstart() function (#140269)
Expose `_PyUnicode_IsXidContinue/Start` in `unicodedata`: add isxidstart() and isxidcontinue() functions. Co-authored-by: Victor Stinner <vstinner@python.org>
