gh-104773: PEP 594: Remove the ossaudiodev module (#104862)

Browse source 
* Remove ossaudiodev extension in configure.ac and regenerate
  the configure script.
* Remove ossaudiodev in Modules/Setup and Modules/Setup.stdlib.in.
