gh-143988: Fix re-entrant mutation crashes in socket sendmsg/recvmsg_into (GH-143987)
Fix crashes in socket.sendmsg() and socket.recvmsg_into() that could
occur if buffer sequences are mutated re-entrantly during argument
parsing via __buffer__ protocol callbacks.
The bug occurs because:
1. PySequence_Fast() returns the original list object when the input
is already a list (not a copy).
2. During iteration, PyObject_GetBuffer() triggers __buffer__
callbacks which may clear the list.
3. Subsequent iterations access invalid memory (heap OOB read).
The fix replaces PySequence_Fast() with PySequence_Tuple() which
always creates a new tuple, ensuring the sequence cannot be mutated
during iteration.

Prefer VMADDR_CID_LOCAL instead of VMADDR_CID_ANY for bind() in the
server. Skip the test if bind() fails with EADDRNOTAVAIL.
Log vsock CID in test.pythoninfo.
Currently, Fedora 42 uses a custom Linux Kernel 6.16.9 that backported an upstream change
from 6.17-rc7 [1,3] but not its subsequent fix [2]. Until the issue is resolved upstream,
we skip the failing test `test_socket.test_aead_aes_gcm` for kernel versions between 6.16
and 6.17.x.

Functions that take timestamp or timeout arguments now accept any
real numbers (such as Decimal and Fraction), not only integers or floats,
although this does not improve precision.
ntohl(), htonl(), if_indextoname(), getaddrinfo() now use __index__() if
available.
Also fix the Argument Clinic names for module-level functions (although
this does not affect the user).
Previously only an integer packed in a tuple was accepted, while
getsockname() could return a raw integer.
Now the result of getsockname() is always acceptable as an address.
Now all protocols always accept the Bluetooth address as string and
getsockname() always returns the Bluetooth address as string.
* BTPROTO_SCO now accepts not only bytes, but str.
* BTPROTO_SCO now checks address for embedded null.
* On *BSD, BTPROTO_HCI now accepts str instead of bytes.
* On FreeBSD, getsockname() for BTPROTO_HCI now returns str instead of bytes.
* On NetBSD and DragonFly BDS, BTPROTO_HCI now checks address for embedded null.
* Also add support for cid and bdaddr_type in the BTPROTO_L2CAP address on FreeBSD.
* Return cid in getsockname() for BTPROTO_L2CAP if it is not zero.
* Fix a compiler warning on FreeBSD.
Add two optional, traling elements in the AF_BLUETOOTH socket address tuple:
- l2_cid, to allow e.g raw LE ATT connections
- l2_bdaddr_type. To be able to connect L2CAP sockets to Bluetooth LE devices,
the l2_bdaddr_type must be set to BDADDR_LE_PUBLIC or BDADDR_LE_RANDOM.
Restore the skipUnless removed by #119465.
This test can only pass on virtual machines, not actual machines.

Reproduced on (Linux) Ubuntu 24.04.1 running 6.8.0-52-generic.
Skip `testMakefileCloseSocketDestroy` test if `sys.getrefcount` isn't available. This is necessary for PyPy and other Python implementations that do not have `sys.getrefcount`.
* Authenticate socket connection for `socket.socketpair()` fallback when the platform does not have a native `socketpair` C API. We authenticate in-process using `getsocketname` and `getpeername` (thanks to Nathaniel J Smith for that suggestion).

Add socket.VMADDR_CID_LOCAL constant.
Fix ThreadedVSOCKSocketStreamTest: if get_cid() returns the host
address or the "any" address, use the local communication address
(loopback): VMADDR_CID_LOCAL.
On Linux 6.9, apparently, the /dev/vsock device is now available but
get_cid() returns VMADDR_CID_ANY (-1).
Add test annotations required to run the test suite on iOS (PEP 730).
The majority of the change involve annotating tests that use subprocess,
but are skipped on Emscripten/WASI for other reasons, and including
iOS/tvOS/watchOS under the same umbrella as macOS/darwin checks.
`is_apple` and `is_apple_mobile` test helpers have been added to
identify *any* Apple platform, and "any Apple platform except macOS",
respectively.
