3b73ea1278 Issue #28701: Replace PyUnicode_CompareWithASCIIString with _PyUnicode_EqualToASCIIString. 
The latter function is more readable, faster and doesn't raise exceptions.

58d3e54556 Fixed the documentation of parse_constant argument in json.load(). 
parse_constant doesn't get called on 'null', 'true', 'false' since 3.1/2.7.
