441d30fac7 Issue #15989: Fix several occurrences of integer overflow

031e25b0f7 Issue #9041: raised exception is misleading 
An issue in ctypes.c_longdouble, ctypes.c_double, and ctypes.c_float that
caused an incorrect exception to be returned in the case of overflow has been
fixed.

d460a76e9e - Issue #10309: Define _GNU_SOURCE so that mremap() gets the proper 
signature.  Without this, architectures where sizeof void* != sizeof int are
  broken.  Patch given by Hallvard B Furuseth.

beb4135b8c PyUnicode_AsWideCharString() takes a PyObject*, not a PyUnicodeObject* 
All unicode functions uses PyObject* except PyUnicode_AsWideChar(). Fix the
prototype for the new function PyUnicode_AsWideCharString().
