e160fe13da It now works under Carbon. Under Classic the scrollbars don't show 
up, for reasons unknown.

177200959b Minimal text editor using MLTE (code based on wed.py, the waste demo). 
It's sort-of starting to work, but there's still problems with redraws and
with resizing the window.

6f84ed5afc Fixed macroman<->latin1 conversion. Some chars don't 
exist in latin1, but at least the roundtrip results in the
same macroman characters.

01a2d9e281 Use FSpCreateResFile() in stead of CreateResFile(). 
Don't call OpenDeskAcc() and AppendResMenu() on Carbon.

158ce4247e realcgitest.py: added import MacOS, it now works again. Removed NetPresenz reference. 
cgitest.cgi.rsrc: disable argv emulation; this is essential for the first time the cgi applet starts up
