3c2871e1df The USE_CACHE_ALIGNING define now has a value: the number of *words* 
in a cacheline.

b4ef4c6d4c Optionally (on USE_CACHE_ALIGN) extend overhead structure to align 
returned addresses on 16-byte cacheline boundary.
