gh-112020: Rework socketserver examples to be correct.

Outdated code updated, the BaseRequestHandler example is now much more
illustrative instead of the bad idea of a single recv() call for TCP.

tested, they now work.

gh-111112: Avoid potential confusion in TCP server example. (#111113)
Improve misleading TCP server docs and example.

socket.recv(), as documented by the Python reference documentation,
returns at most `bufsize` bytes, and the underlying TCP protocol means
there is no guaranteed correspondence between what is sent by the client
and what is received by the server.

This conflation could mislead readers into thinking that TCP is
datagram-based or has similar semantics, which will likely appear to
work for simple cases, but introduce difficult to reproduce bugs.

gh-103673: Add missing ForkingUnixStreamServer and ForkingUnixDatagramServer socketservers (#103674)
sockserver gains ForkingUnixStreamServer and ForkingUnixDatagramServer classes for consistency with all of the others. Ironically these existed but were buried in our test suite.

5e826e8a1b Fix closes issue #11109 - socketserver.ForkingMixIn leaves zombies, also fails to reap all zombies in one pass.
A new method called service_action is made available in BaseServer, called by
serve_forever loop. This useful in cases where Mixins can use it for cleanup
action. ForkingMixin class uses service_action to collect the zombie child
processes. Initial Patch by Justin Wark.
