72ca65dce4 Fix a Py_UCS4 / Py_UNICODE mixup. 
This worked under Unix because wchar_t is 4 bytes wide.

bf009f0bce Issue #13087: BufferedReader.seek() now always raises UnsupportedOperation 
if the underlying raw stream is unseekable, even if the seek could be
satisfied using the internal buffer.  Patch by John OConnor.
