Fix a bug caused by the garbage collector clearing weakrefs too early. The
weakrefs in the ``tp_subclasses`` dictionary are needed in order to correctly
invalidate type caches (for example, by calling ``PyType_Modified()``).
Clearing weakrefs before calling finalizers causes the caches to not be
correctly invalidated. That can cause crashes since the caches can refer to
invalid objects. Defer the clearing of weakrefs without callbacks until after
finalizers are executed.
Weakrefs to unreachable garbage that are created during running of
finalizers need to be cleared. This avoids exposing objects that
have `tp_clear` called on them to Python-level code.

* frozenset() is constant, but not a singleton. When run multiple times,
the test could fail due to constant interning.
This fixes a crash when `gc.get_objects()` or `gc.get_referrers()` is
called during a GC in the free threading build.
Switch to `_PyObjectStack` to avoid corrupting the `struct worklist`
linked list maintained by the GC. Also, don't return objects that are frozen
(`gc.freeze()`) or in the process of being collected to more closely match
the behavior of the default build.
The free-threaded build currently immortalizes some objects once the
first thread is started. This can lead to test failures depending on the
order in which tests are run. This PR addresses those failures by
suppressing immortalization or skipping the affected tests.
We want code objects to use deferred reference counting in the
free-threaded build. This requires them to be tracked by the GC, so we
set `Py_TPFLAGS_HAVE_GC` in the free-threaded build, but not the default
build.
- re-enable test_fcntl_64_bit on Linux aarch64, but disable it on all
Android ABIs
- use support.setswitchinterval in all relevant tests
- skip test_fma_zero_result on Android x86_64
- accept EACCES when calling os.get_terminal_size on Android

Change old space bit of young objects from 0 to gcstate->visited_space.
This ensures that any object created *and* collected during cycle GC has the bit set correctly.
The free-threaded GC only does full collections, so it uses a threshold that
is a maximum of a fixed value (default 2000) and proportional to the number of
live objects. If there were many live objects after the previous collection,
then the threshold may be larger than 10,000 causing
`test_indirect_calls_with_gc_disabled` to fail.
This manually sets the threshold to `(1000, 0, 0)` for the test. The `0`
disables the proportional scaling.
The GC keeps track of the number of allocations (less deallocations)
since the last GC. This buffers the count in thread-local state and uses
atomic operations to modify the per-interpreter count. The thread-local
buffering avoids contention on shared state.
A consequence is that the GC scheduling is not as precise, so
"test_sneaky_frame_object" is skipped because it requires that the GC be
run exactly after allocating a frame object.
* gh-112529: Implement GC for free-threaded builds
This implements a mark and sweep GC for the free-threaded builds of
CPython. The implementation relies on mimalloc to find GC tracked
objects (i.e., "containers").
This splits part of Modules/gcmodule.c of into Python/gc.c, which
now contains the core garbage collection implementation. The Python
module remain in the Modules/gcmodule.c file.
* Never change types' cached keys. It could invalidate inline attribute objects.

* Don't update shared keys version for deletion of value.
* Update gdb support to handle instance values.

Instead of explicitly enumerate test classes for run_unittest()
use the unittest ability to discover tests. This also makes these
tests discoverable and runnable with unittest.
load_tests() can be used for dynamic generating tests and adding
doctests. setUpModule(), tearDownModule() and addModuleCleanup()
can be used for running code before and after all module tests.
Fix a crash at Python exit when a deallocator function removes the
last strong reference to a heap type.
Don't read type memory after calling basedealloc() since
basedealloc() can deallocate the type and free its memory.
_PyMem_IsPtrFreed() argument is now constant.
Currently if any finalizer invoked during garbage collection resurrects any object, the gc gives up and aborts the collection. Although finalizers are assured to only run once per object, this behaviour of the gc can lead to an ever-increasing memory situation if new resurrecting objects are allocated in every new gc collection.
To avoid this, recompute what objects among the unreachable set need to be resurrected and what objects can be safely collected. In this way, resurrecting objects will not block the collection of other objects in the unreachable set.
