9329846f00 Fix markup for various binary operation examples where the operands were bolded

f91d46a17d Issue #3139: Make buffer-interface thread-safe wrt. PyArg_ParseTuple,
by denying s# to parse objects that have a releasebuffer procedure,
and introducing s*.

More module might need to get converted to use s*.

a510748085 Issue 643841: better documentation of the special method lookup process, especially for new-style classes. 727bd0b687 Issue #3039: Fix TarFileCompat.writestr() which always raised an
AttributeError since __slots__ were added to zipfile.ZipInfo in
r46967 two years ago.
Add a warning about the removal of TarFileCompat in Python 3.0.
