62e32d6352 Issue #19398: Extra slash no longer added to sys.path components in case of 
empty compile-time PYTHONPATH components.  This fixes some tests in -S or -I

6cc495e9e2 asyncio: Fix _format_coroutine for coroutine-like objects w/o __name__ 
Some built-in coroutine-like objects might not have __name__ or
__qualname__. A good example of such are 'asend', 'aclose' and
'athrow' coroutine methods of asynchronous generators.

a89d22aff3 Issue #28449: tarfile.open() with mode "r" or "r:" now tries to open a tar 
file with compression before trying to open it without compression.  Otherwise
it had 50% chance failed with ignore_zeros=True.

d60ea5ff00 Issue #26620: Fix ResourceWarning in test_urllib2_localnet 
* Use context manager on urllib objects to ensure that they are closed on error
* Use self.addCleanup() to cleanup resources even if a test is interrupted
  with CTRL+c

This backports a patch by Victor Stinner.
