Massive changes from SF 589982 (tempfile.py rewrite, by Zack

Weinberg). This changes all uses of deprecated tempfile functions to
the recommended ones.

constructors. There is no backward compatibility. Not everything has
been tested.
* aiff.{py,doc}: deleted in favor of aifc.py (which contains its docs as
comments)
