dd1c638b92 lib2to3.pgen3.driver.load_grammar() now creates a stable cache file 
between runs given the same Grammar.txt input regardless of the hash
randomization setting.

b3b7a5a16b Issue #27748: Simplify test_winsound. 
The tests no longer attempt to figure out if a soundcard or particular
system sounds are available.  Instead, it just tries everything and
accepts RuntimeError as a flavor of success.
