  Use :c:func:`PyComplex_AsCComplex` and :c:func:`PyComplex_FromCComplex`
  to convert a Python complex number to/from the C :c:type:`Py_complex`
  representation.

* Macros :c:macro:`!Py_MATH_PIl` and :c:macro:`!Py_MATH_El`.
