			Move private debug _PyObject functions to the internal C API (pycore_object.h): * _PyDebugAllocatorStats() * _PyObject_CheckConsistency() * _PyObject_DebugTypeStats() * _PyObject_IsFreed() No longer export most of these functions, except of _PyObject_IsFreed().
