* bpo-38364: unwrap partialmethods just like we unwrap partials The inspect.isgeneratorfunction, inspect.iscoroutinefunction and inspect.isasyncgenfunction already unwrap functools.partial objects, this patch adds support for partialmethod objects as well. Also: Rename _partialmethod to __partialmethod__.
