gh-148241: Fix json serialization for str subclasses (#148249) 
Fix json serialization: no longer call str(obj) on str subclasses.

Replace PyUnicodeWriter_WriteStr() with PyUnicodeWriter_WriteASCII()
and private _PyUnicodeWriter_WriteStr().
