e3b355c0be avutil/mem: Don't include avutil.h 
It is not necessary at all. So remove it.
This also breaks an inclusion cycle mem.h->avutil.h->common.h->mem.h.

This avoids SIMD-optimized functions having to sign-extend their
stride argument manually to be able to do pointer arithmetic.

da60b99a88 ppc: Restrict some Altivec implementations to Big Endian 
In Little Endian the vec_ld/vec_st operations work as
expected only for byte-vectors.
