1c7e52f8ff avcodec: Mark ff_ass_subtitle_header based decoders as init-threadsafe 
ff_ass_subtitle_header_full() just uses av_asprintf() and is therefore
thread-safe itself.

a247ac640d avcodec: Constify AVCodecs 
Given that the AVCodec.next pointer has now been removed, most of the
AVCodecs are not modified at all any more and can therefore be made
const (as this patch does); the only exceptions are the very few codecs
for external libraries that have a init_static_data callback.

61bbc537ab avcodec/samidec: check av_strdup() return value 
In function sami_paragraph_to_ass(), the return value of av_strdup() is
not checked. To avoid potential NULL dereference, the return value
should be checked against NULL.

88d55b827d Remove incorrect use of ctype.h functions. 
As far as I can tell the code should not change behaviour
depending on locale in any of these places.
