encoding/json: make use of reflect.Type.{OverflowInt, OverflowUint}

Browse source 
CL 567296 added {OverflowComplex, OverflowFloat, OverflowInt, OverflowUint}
to reflect.Type, this CL uses these methods to simplify code.
