runtime: for deep stacks, print both the top 50 and bottom 50 frames
This is relatively easy using the new traceback iterator. Ancestor tracebacks are now limited to 50 frames. We could keep that at 100, but the fact that it used 100 before seemed arbitrary and unnecessary.
