cmd/compile: eliminate a bunch of IterFields/IterMethods calls

This is an automated rewrite of all the calls of the form:

    for f, it := IterFields(t); f != nil; f = it.Next() { ... }

Followup CLs will work on cleaning up the remaining cases.
