runtime/cgo: fix cgoCheckArg description
The description is misleading: cgoCheckArg is called by both
cgoCheckPointer and cgoCheckResult.
Mention cgoCheckResult in the cgoCheckArg description. Remove extra
spaces between words.
For #75856
