6dc3c9cfdd cmd/cgo: use explicit flag to emit dynamic linker path
Using -import_runtime_cgo would have worked great except
that it doesn't get passed to the second invocation of cgo,
and that's the one that writes the relevant file.

Fixes ARM build on systems with a different dynamic linker
than the one 5l assumes (like Gentoo).

dab268fac3 cmd/cgo: allow for stdcall decorated dynimport names
To allow for stdcall decorated names on Windows, two changes were needed:
1. Change the symbol versioning delimiter '@' in cgo's dynimport output to a '#', and in cmd/ld when it parses dynimports.
2. Remove the "@N" decorator from the first argument of cgo's dynimport output (PE only).

Fixes #4607.

dac4c3eee9 cmd/cgo, cmd/cc, cmd/ld: detect dynamic linker automatically
Some newer Linux distributions (Ubuntu ARM at least) use a new multiarch
directory organization, where dynamic linker is no longer in the hardcoded

For example, Ubuntu 12.04 ARM hardfloat places its dynamic linker at
/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/ld-linux.so.3

Ref: http://lackof.org/taggart/hacking/multiarch/

Also, to support Debian GNU/kFreeBSD as a FreeBSD variant, we need this capability, so it's part of issue 3533.

1a0c8fe9bb cmd/cgo: bug fixes
* disallow embedding of C type (Fixes issue 2552)
* detect 0-length array (Fixes issue 2806)
* use typedefs when possible, to avoid attribute((unavailable)) (Fixes issue 2888)
* print Go types constructed from C types using original C types (Fixes issue 2612)

This fix changes _cgo_export.h to repeat the preamble from import "C".
Otherwise the fix to issue 2612 is impossible, since it cannot refer to
types that have not been defined. If people are using //export and
putting non-header information in the preamble, they will need to
refactor their code.

f8cf82f6f2 go/printer: implement SourcePos mode
If a printer is configured with the SourcePos mode
set, it will emit //-line comments as necessary to
ensure that the result - if reparsed - reflects the
original source position information.

This change required a bit of reworking of the
output section in printer.go. Specifically:

- Introduced new Config mode 'SourcePos'.

- Introduced new position 'out' which tracks the
position of the generated output if it were read
in again. If there is a discrepancy between out
and the current AST/source position, a //line
comment is emitted to correct for it.

- Lazy emission of indentation so that //line
comments can be placed correctly. As a result,
the trimmer will have to do less work.

- Merged writeItem into writeString.

- Merged writeByteN into writeByte.

- Use a []byte instead of a byte.Buffer both in the
printer and in the trimmer (eliminates dependency).

Also: introduced explicit printer.Mode type (in
sync w/ parser.Mode, scanner.Mode, etc.)

Runs all tests. Applied gofmt to src, misc w/o changes.

879a1c6a72 godefs: delete, replaced by cgo -godefs
Godefs was a C program that ran gcc and then parsed the
stabs debugging information in the resulting object file to
generate C or Go code for bootstrapping as part of
package runtime or package syscall.

Cgo does the same work, but using the dwarf debugging
information. Add -godefs and -cdefs options to cgo that
mimic godefs's output, albeit with different input
(a Go program, not a C program).

This has been a "nice to have" for a while but was forced
by Apple removing stabs debugging output from their
latest compilers.

01dd57b312 cgo: omit duplicate symbols in writeDefs
When the C API being used includes multiple names for the same
underlying symbol (e.g. multiple #define's for the same variable), then
cgo will generate the same placeholder variables for each name. This
then prevents the code from compiling due to multiple declarations of
the same variable - so change cgo to only create one instance of the
variable for the underlying symbol.

99686ec789 cgo: fix dwarf type parsing
The recursive algorithm used to parse types in cgo
has a bug related to building the C type representation.

As an example, when the recursion starts at a type *T,
the C type representation won't be known until type T
itself is parsed. But then, it is possible that type T
references the type **T internally. The latter
representation is built based on the one of *T, which
started the recursion, so it won't attempt to parse it
again, and will instead use the current representation
value for *T, which is still empty at this point.

This problem was fixed by introducing a simple TypeRepr
type which builds the string representation lazily,
analogous to how the Go type information is built within
the same algorithm. This way, even if a type
representation is still unknown at some level in the
recursion, representations dependant on it can still
be created correctly.

1169559658 cgo: use correct frame size for 0 arguments

SWIG only wraps calls to C++ virtual methods, so it
