25816d401c internal/goexperiment: delete RangeFunc goexperiment 
It is now always enabeld. The GOEXPERIMENT doesn't control
anything. Remove.

45320c23f2 all: rename GOEXPERIMENT=range to rangefunc 
Range over integer is enabled now without the GOEXPERIMENT. The
GOEXPERIMENT is only for range over func. Rename it to rangefunc.

For #61405.

8b727f856e cmd/compile, go/types: typechecking of range over int, func 
Add type-checking logic for range over integers and functions,
behind GOEXPERIMENT=range.

For proposal #61405 (but behind a GOEXPERIMENT).
