9b2c5da922 directory-per-package step 1: move files from lib/X.go to lib/X/X.go 
no substantive changes except:
	- new Makefiles, all auto-generated
	- go/src/lib/Makefile has been extensively edited

aaf63f8d06 Step 1 of the Big Error Shift: make os.Error an interface and replace *os.Errors with os.Errors. 
lib/template updated to use new setup; its clients also updated.

Step 2 will make os's error support internally much cleaner.

9e3e61627d proposed XML parser design. 
inspired by expat's callback interface,
but a bit simpler thanks to go interfaces.

also serves as reference notes about XML.

the parser itself is unimplemented.

not in Makefiles, though it does build.
