Currently, for external relocations, the ExtReloc structure
contains all the fields of the relocation. In fact, many of the
fields are the same with the original relocation. So, instead, we
can just use an index to reference the original relocation and
not expand the fields.
There is one place where we modify relocation type: changing
R_DWARFSECTREF to R_ADDR. Get away with it by changing
downstreams.
It also makes it easier to retrieve the reloc variant.
This reduces some allocation. Linking cmd/compile with external

Add linux/{ppc64,ppc64le} and aix/ppc64 arch support for the new
dodata() phase.
This completes the picture in terms of architecture support for the
new dodata(), but to be safe this patch leaves the command line flag
in place there are problems on the builders (especially given that we
have a dead aix-ppc64 builder).

This patch begins the work of converting the linker's dodata phase to
work with loader APIs. Passes all.bash on linux/amd64, but hasn't been
tested on anything else (more arch-specific code needs to be written).
Use of the new dodata() phase is currently gated by a temporary
command line flag ("-newdodata"), and there is code in the linker's
main routine to insure that we only use the new version for the right
GOOS/GOARCH (currently restricted to ELF + AMD64).

Recreation of CL 228317.
The problem with that original CL was a late requested change,
reordering reloc and asmb, resulting in symbols having stale pointers to
their data. I've fixed this by preallocating the heap variable in OutBuf
for platforms w/o mmap.

Implement text address assignment and trampoline generation using
the loader.
Note: the trampoline insertion part doesn't actually work. It
also needs to propagate Aux symbols for external symbols in
LoadFull. But it won't be needed after converting pclntab
generation, so I'll leave it out for now. This could break
linking large binaries on PPC64 and ARM.

I thought that only non-static symbols need TOC, but apparently
this is not true. We need to use versioned .TOC. symbols.
Partially fix AIX build. There is still another problem, but this
gets us a bit farther in make.bash.

On AIX, a TOC symbol always has a relocation to its target symbol.
Instead of using name lookup to locate the target symbol, we can
just use the relocation.
Using name lookup, besides being less efficient, needs to provide
the right symbol version. In this particular case, we are looking
for a data symbol so it is almost always version 0. But in case
that it is a text symbol, we may get an ABIALIAS symbol, which
does not have its Sect set.

For linking large binaries, the slice of Relocs consumes a large
amount of memory. We can reduce this memory consumption by
shrinking the size of the Reloc struct. This CL moves the fields
used only in external linking or only on PPC64 and S390X to a
lazily initialized side struct.
Linking k8s.io/kubernetes/cmd/kube-apiserver on Linux/AMD64,
before:
inuse_space 1240.25MB total
438.11MB 35.32% 35.32% 438.11MB 35.32% cmd/link/internal/objfile.(*objReader).readSlices
after:

Under GOGC=5 (to simulate system under memory pressure), the max
RSS reduces from ~2.05G to ~1.83G. Even with external linking the
max RSS doesn't increase.

Use mmap for writing most of the output file content,
specifically, the sections and segments. After layout, we
already know the sizes and file offsets for the sections and
segments. So we can just write the bytes by copying to a mmap'd
backing store.
The writing of the output file is split into two parts. The first
part writes the sections and segments to the mmap'd region. The
second part writes some extra content, for which we don't know
the size, so we use direct file IO.
This is in preparation for mmap'ing input files read-only.

Currently the offset values of ELF relocations and Macho relocations
are 256 and 512 respectively, which means that the space reserved for
ELF relocations is only 256. But AARCH64 has more than 256 ELF relocation
types, in fact the maximum AARCH64 ELF relocation type recorded in file
src/debug/elf/elf.go is 1032 currently. So this CL increases the offset
of Macho relocations to 2048 to leave enough space for AARCH64 ELF
relocations.

Moduledata symbols like runtime.data or runtime.text must have the
same position in the final executable (as some symbol accesses are made
by offset from them).
ld on AIX might move them randomly if there are nil size symbols.
ld will also remove unreachable symbols like runtime.epclntab or
runtime.rodata. In order to keep them, R_REF relocations are created
between firstmoduledata and these symbols. This relocation tells ld to
keep these symbols even if there aren't reachable.

This commit changes the code generated for addressing symbols on AIX
operating system.
On AIX, every symbol accesses must be done via another symbol near the TOC,
named TOC anchor or TOC entry. This TOC anchor is a pointer to the symbol
address.
During Progedit function, when a symbol access is detected, its instructions
are modified to create a load on its TOC anchor and retrieve the symbol.

XCOFF files can't have multiples text or data sections. The name
of each type section must be .text, .data and .bss.
This commit also updates cmd/internal/objfile/xcoff.go to retrieve Go
sections using runtime symbols.

This implements compiler and linker support for separating the
function calling ABI into two ABIs: a stable and an internal ABI. At
the moment, the two ABIs are identical, but we'll be able to evolve
the internal ABI without breaking existing assembly code that depends
on the stable ABI for calling to and from Go.
The Go compiler generates internal ABI symbols for all Go functions.
It uses the symabis information produced by the assembler to create
ABI wrappers whenever it encounters a body-less Go function that's
defined in assembly or a Go function that's referenced from assembly.
Since the two ABIs are currently identical, for the moment this is
implemented using "ABI alias" symbols, which are just forwarding
references to the native ABI symbol for a function. This way there's
no actual code involved in the ABI wrapper, which is good because
we're not deriving any benefit from it right now. Once the ABIs
diverge, we can eliminate ABI aliases.
The linker represents these different ABIs internally as different
versions of the same symbol. This way, the linker keeps us honest,
since every symbol definition and reference also specifies its
version. The linker is responsible for resolving ABI aliases.

Archreloc had this signature:
func(*Link, *sym.Reloc, *sym.Symbol, *int64) bool
The last *int64 argument is used as out parameter.
Passed valus could be allocated on stack, but escape analysis
fails here, leading to high number of unwanted allocs.
If instead 4th arg is passed by value, and modified values is returned,
no problems with allocations arise:

There are 2 benefits:
1. code becomes more readable.
2. less allocations.
For linking "hello world" example from net/http:
