getcallersp is intrinsified, and so the dummy arg is no longer
needed. Remove it, as well as a few dummy args that are solely
to feed getcallersp.

The syscall package currently declares RawSyscall6 for every GOOS, but
does not define it on Solaris. This leads to code using said function
to compile but it will not link. Fix it by adding RawSyscall6 and make
it panic.
Also remove the obsolete comment above runtime.syscall_syscall as
pointed out by Aram.

All functions defined in syscall2_solaris.go have the respective libc_*
var in syscall_solaris.go, except for libc_close. Move it from
os3_solaris.go
Remove unused libc_fstat.
Order go:cgo_import_dynamic and go:linkname lists in
syscall2_solaris.go alphabetically.

Before CL 8214 (use .plt instead of .got on Solaris) Solaris used a
dynamic linking scheme that didn't permit lazy binding. To speed program
startup, Go binaries only used it for a small number of symbols required
by the runtime. Other symbols were resolved on demand on first use, and
were cached for subsequent use. This required some moderately complex
code in the syscall package.
CL 8214 changed the way dynamic linking is implemented, and now lazy
binding is supported. As now all symbols are resolved lazily by the
dynamic loader, there is no need for the complex code in the syscall
package that did the same. This CL makes Go programs link directly
with the necessary shared libraries and deletes the lazy-loading code
implemented in Go.

The linker always uses .plt for externals, so libcFunc is now an actual
external symbol instead of a pointer to one.
Fixes most of the breakage introduced in previous CL.

On Unix, when placing a child in a new process group, allow that group
to become the foreground process group. Also, allow a child process to
join a specific process group.
When setting the foreground process group, Ctty is used as the file
descriptor of the controlling terminal. Ctty has been added to the BSD
and Solaris SysProcAttr structures and the handling of Setctty changed
to match Linux.

Memory management was consolitated with the BSD ports, since
it was almost identical.
Assembly thunks are gone, being replaced by the new //go:linkname
feature.
This change supersedes CL 138390043 (runtime: convert solaris
netpoll to Go), which was previously reviewed and tested.
This change is only the first step, the port now builds,
but doesn't run. Binaries fail to exec:
ld.so.1: 6.out: fatal: 6.out: TLS requirement failure : TLS support is unavailable

This seems to happen because binaries don't link with libc.so
anymore. We will have to solve that in a different CL.
Also this change is just a rough translation of the original
C code, cleanup will come in a different CL.
