5b9ff11c3d cmd/compile: ppc64le working, not optimized enough
This time with the cherry-pick from the proper patch of
the old CL.

Stack size increased.
Corrected NaN-comparison glitches.
Marked g register as clobbered by calls.
Fixed shared libraries.

live_ssa.go still disabled because of differences.
Presumably turning on more optimization will fix
both the stack size and the live_ssa.go glitches.

Enhanced debugging output for shared libs test.

Rebased onto master.

Updates #16010.

519474451a all: make copyright headers consistent with one space after period
This is a subset of https://golang.org/cl/20022 with only the copyright
header lines, so the next CL will be smaller and more reviewable.

Go policy has been single space after periods in comments for some time.

The copyright header template at:

    https://golang.org/doc/contribute.html#copyright

also uses a single space.

Make them all consistent.

9917165083 cmd/internal/obj: remove 3 incorrect copyright notices
These three files contain only code written for Go
(and trivial amounts at that), not any code ported
from Inferno or Plan 9.

Remove the incorrect Inferno/Plan 9 notices.

Fixes #13576.

c1b6e392f5 cmd/internal/obj, cmd/link, runtime: increase stack limit to accommodate larger frames on ppc64x
Larger stack frames mean nosplit functions use more stack and so the limit
needs to increase.

The change to test/nosplit.go is a bit ugly but I can't really think of a
way to make it nicer.

d6f6e420fc [dev.cc] cmd/internal/obj: convert liblink C to Go
This CL adds the real cmd/internal/obj packages.
Collectively they correspond to the liblink library.
The conversion was done using rsc.io/c2go's run script
at rsc.io/c2go repo version 706fac7.

This is not the final conversion, just the first working draft.
There will be more updates, but this works well enough
to use with go tool objwriter and pass all.bash.
