apocelipes a1ea78c470 net: use strings.SplitSeq and bytes.SplitSeq 
Replace `for _, s := range {strings, bytes}.Split(v, sep)` with
`for s := range {strings, bytes}.SplitSeq(v, sep)`, to simplify
the code and reduce some memory allocations.
