Josh Bleecher Snyder c9ccdf1f8c cmd/compile: make deadcode pass cheaper 
The deadcode pass runs a lot.
I'd like it to run even more.

This change adds dedicated storage for deadcode to ssa.Cache.
In addition to being a nice win now, it makes
deadcode easier to add other places in the future.
