This allows much cleaner code replacing all `EM_ASM` calls in our C++ code with plain C function calls. [HTML5] Refactor JS, threads support, closures. - Refactored the Engine code, splitted across files. - Use MODULARIZE option to build emscripten code into it's own closure. - Optional closure compiler run for JS and generated code. - Enable lto support (saves ~2MiB in release). - Can now build with tools=yes (not much to see yet). - Dropped some deprecated code for older toolchains. - Add onExit, and onExecute JS function. - Add files drag and drop support. - Add support for low precessor usage mode (via offscreen render, swap).

Performances are not great in general, bad on Firefox, on Chrome, well, it's an improvement compared to the way they broke ScriptProcessorNode. I'm actually surprised this works, it involves so many allocations, but there's no way around it when SharedArrayBuffer is not available :(.

JS synchronous start, better persistent FS sync. The engine now expects to emscripten FS to be setup and sync-ed before main is called. This is exposed via `Module["initFS"]` which also allows to setup multiple persistence paths (internal use only for now). Additionally, FS syncing is done **once** for every loop if at least one file in a persistent path was open for writing and closed, and if the FS is not syncing already. This should potentially fix issues reported by users where "autosave" would not work on the web (never calling `syncfs` because of too many writes).

[HTML5] Custom Gamepad library to allow remapping. No longer use emscripten functions for gamepads, implement them as library functions in library_godot_display.js instead. This allows us to do a better job at "guessing" vendorId, productId, OS, etc. thus allowing us to better find the remapping for the controller.

There is no zoom, so text/line edit must be in the top part of the screen, or it will get hidden by the virtual keyboard. It uses an hidden textarea or input, based on the multiline variable, and only gets activated if the device has a touchscreen. This could cause problems on devices with both touchscreen and a real keyboard (although input should still work in general with some minor focus issues). I'm thinking of a system to detect the first physical keystroke and disable it in case, but it might do more harm then good, so it must be well thought.

[Windows] Improve console handling and execute. Always build with the GUI subsystem. Redirect stdout and stderr output to the parent process console. Use CreateProcessW for blocking `execute` calls with piped stdout and stderr (prevent console windows for popping up when used with the GUI subsystem build, and have more consistent behavior with non-blocking calls). Add `open_console` argument to the `execute` to open a new console window (for both blocking and non-blocking calls). Remove `interface/editor/hide_console_window` editor setting. Remove `Toggle System Console` menu option. Remove `set_console_visible` and `is_console_visible` functions.

Add OS::is_process_running function. Adds the is_process_running function to the native OS class and exposes it to script. This is implemented on Windows and Unix platforms. [HTML5] Refactor JS, threads support, closures. - Refactored the Engine code, splitted across files. - Use MODULARIZE option to build emscripten code into it's own closure. - Optional closure compiler run for JS and generated code. - Enable lto support (saves ~2MiB in release). - Can now build with tools=yes (not much to see yet). - Dropped some deprecated code for older toolchains. - Add onExit, and onExecute JS function. - Add files drag and drop support. - Add support for low precessor usage mode (via offscreen render, swap).

[HTML5] EditorRunNative works with GDNative. This "breaks" our loading bar logic (libraries are not counted). Fixing it is non trivial and probably deserves investigating a different strategy.

Error open_dynamic_library(const String p_path, void *&p_library_handle, bool p_also_set_library_path);
[HTML5] Port JavaScript inline code to libraries. The API is implemented in javascript, and generates C functions that can be called from godot. This allows much cleaner code replacing all `EM_ASM` calls in our C++ code with plain C function calls. This also gets rid of few hacks and comes with few optimizations (e.g. custom cursor shapes should be much faster now).
