Changed the doc class generation to individual files per class. It is also possible to save module files in module directories and the build system will recognize them.

Add an XML schema for documentation This makes it easier to spot syntax errors when editing the class reference. The schema is referenced locally so validation can still work offline. Each class XML's schema conformance is also checked on GitHub Actions.

Given a set of colors, this resource will interpolate them in order. This means that if you have color 1, color 2 and color 3, the gradient will interpolate from color 1 to color 2 and from color 2 to color 3. The gradient will initially have 2 colors (black and white), one (black) at gradient lower offset 0 and the other (white) at the gradient higher offset 1.

Remove obsolete GLES2 backend code This code currently isn't compiled (and cannot compile). We plan to re-add OpenGL ES-based renderer(s) in Godot 4.0 alongside Vulkan (probably ES 3.0, possibly also a low-end ES 2.0), but the code will be quite different so it's not relevant to keep this old Godot 3.2 code. The `drivers/gles2` code from the `3.2` branch can be used as a reference for a potential new implementation.
