- Unexpose ItemType enum, since it is not used in public API.
- Fix documentation for meta tag, since it has no BBCode equivalent.

Is it worth adding descriptions for the ItemType enum values (ITEM_FRAME , ITEM_TEXT etc.) or are they self explanatory enough?

Add an XML schema for documentation 
This makes it easier to spot syntax errors when editing the
class reference. The schema is referenced locally so validation
can still work offline.

Each class XML's schema conformance is also checked on GitHub Actions.
