Meta: Add license header to source files As suggested by Joshua, this commit adds the 2-clause BSD license as a comment block to the top of every source file. The new convention is: - "LibFoo" is a userspace library that provides the "Foo" namespace. That's it :^) This was pretty tedious to convert and I didn't even start on LibGUI yet. The new convention is: - "LibFoo" is a userspace library that provides the "Foo" namespace. That's it :^) This was pretty tedious to convert and I didn't even start on LibGUI yet.
