LibWeb: Add almost all obsolete but required IDL attributes As according to https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/obsolete.html Section 16.3 "Requirements for implementations" Not all of these attributes are included due to requiring a bit more functionality.

I picked the most common one (lowecase "the", trailing ".") and applied it to all copyright headers.
