Meta: Add license header to source files As suggested by Joshua, this commit adds the 2-clause BSD license as a comment block to the top of every source file. For the first pass, I've just added myself for simplicity. I encourage everyone to add themselves as copyright holders of any file they've added or modified in some significant way. If I've added myself in error somewhere, feel free to replace it with the appropriate copyright holder instead. Meta: Add a script check the presence of "#pragma once" in header files .. and make travis run it. I renamed check-license-headers.sh to check-style.sh and expanded it so that it now also checks for the presence of "#pragma once" in .h files. It also checks the presence of a (single) blank line above and below the "#pragma once" line. I also added "#pragma once" to all the files that need it: even the ones we are not check. LibC+Kernel: Move device-files related methods to a LibC header file The Kernel/API directory in general shouldn't include userspace code, but structure definitions that both are shared between the Kernel and userspace.
