LibWeb: Derive SVG root's natural size from width/height attributes We were incorrectly looking at the CSS computed values for width and height to determine the natural size of <svg> root elements. This meant that elements where the attribute and computed value were different values would end up with incorrect natural size.

LibWeb: Support more length types in SVG width/height attributes Previously we were using the HTML parse_dimension_value method for the height and width attributes of an SVG element. These attributes should however be treated as css properties instead and thus also support calc() and absolute units so we use the css parser for this instead.

LibWeb: Make SVG <svg> elements behave as CSS replaced elements This makes SVG-in-HTML behave quite a bit better by following general replaced layout rules. It also turns <svg> elements into inline-level boxes instead of block-level boxes.

LibWeb: Try to work out the intrinsic size of <svg> elements If the `width` and `height` attributes are provided, we derive the intrinsic size and ratio from them. Otherwise, we trace a rectangle around the geometry elements inside the SVG and use the size of that as the intrinsic size. This is definitely far from correct, but is still a much better guess at the intrinsic size than nothing.

LibWeb: Rename LayoutNode classes and move them into Layout namespace Bring the names of various boxes closer to spec language. This should hopefully make things easier to understand and hack on. :^) Some notable changes: - LayoutNode -> Layout::Node - LayoutBox -> Layout::Box - LayoutBlock -> Layout::BlockBox - LayoutReplaced -> Layout::ReplacedBox - LayoutDocument -> Layout::InitialContainingBlockBox - LayoutText -> Layout::TextNode - LayoutInline -> Layout::InlineNode Note that this is not strictly a "box tree" as we also hang inline/text nodes in the same tree, and they don't generate boxes. (Instead, they contribute line box fragments to their containing block!)
