Meta: Add license header to source files As suggested by Joshua, this commit adds the 2-clause BSD license as a comment block to the top of every source file. For the first pass, I've just added myself for simplicity. I encourage everyone to add themselves as copyright holders of any file they've added or modified in some significant way. If I've added myself in error somewhere, feel free to replace it with the appropriate copyright holder instead. Going forward, all new source files should include a license header.

This is needed for the defaulted struct Properties equality operator. This commit also contains a few changes to StyleValue such as replacing the operator==()s with a .equals() again. This is done to avoid the new reversed operator==()s ambiguity in C++20.

LibWeb: Convert images to common AbstractImageStyleValue base This commit moves both the ImageStyleValue and LinearGradientStyleValue to a common base class of AbstractImageStyleValue. This abstracts getting the natural_width/height, loading/resolving, and painting the image. Now for 'free' you get: - Linear gradients working with the various background sizing/repeat properties. - Linear gradients working as list-markers :^) -- best feature ever! P.s. This commit is a little large as it's tricky to make this change incrementally without breaking things.

Also, HtmlView now officially handles rendering the body element's background (color, image or both.) LayoutBox is responsible for all other background rendering. AK+LibURL: Move AK::URL into a new URL library This URL library ends up being a relatively fundamental base library of the system, as LibCore depends on LibURL. This change has two main benefits: * Moving AK back more towards being an agnostic library that can be used between the kernel and userspace. URL has never really fit that description - and is not used in the kernel. * URL _should_ depend on LibUnicode, as it needs punnycode support. However, it's not really possible to do this inside of AK as it can't depend on any external library. This change brings us a little closer to being able to do that, but unfortunately we aren't there quite yet, as the code generators depend on LibCore.

LibWeb: Rename "identifier" and "ValueID" to "Keyword" where correct For a long time, we've used two terms, inconsistently: - "Identifier" is a spec term, but refers to a sequence of alphanumeric characters, which may or may not be a keyword. (Keywords are a subset of all identifiers.) - "ValueID" is entirely non-spec, and is directly called a "keyword" in the CSS specs. So to avoid confusion as much as possible, let's align with the spec terminology. I've attempted to change variable names as well, but obviously we use Keywords in a lot of places in LibWeb and so I may have missed some. One exception is that I've not renamed "valid-identifiers" in Properties.json... I'd like to combine that and the "valid-types" array together eventually, so there's no benefit to doing an extra rename now.

LibHTML: Respect the link color set via <body link> The default style for "a" tags now has { color: -libhtml-link; }. We implement this vendor-specific property by querying the containing document for the appropriate link color. Currently we only use the basic link color, but in the future this can be extended to remember visited links, etc.

LibWeb: Treat "revert" as a CSS-wide keyword This isn't included in the base definition of a CSS-wide keyword, but the CASCADE-4 spec which adds it says: > The revert CSS-wide keyword rolls back the cascade to the cascaded value of the earlier origin. So it is one. While I'm at it, rename `is_builtin()` to match the spec terminology. It's not used currently, but will be in the next commit.

LibWeb: Simplify StyleValue API now that `auto` isn't a length Now that LengthStyleValue never contains `auto`, IdentifierStyleValue is the only type that can hold an identifier. This lets us remove a couple of virtual methods from StyleValue. I've kept `has_auto()` and `to_identifier()` for convenience, but they are now simple non-virtual methods.

LibWeb: Rename "identifier" and "ValueID" to "Keyword" where correct For a long time, we've used two terms, inconsistently: - "Identifier" is a spec term, but refers to a sequence of alphanumeric characters, which may or may not be a keyword. (Keywords are a subset of all identifiers.) - "ValueID" is entirely non-spec, and is directly called a "keyword" in the CSS specs. So to avoid confusion as much as possible, let's align with the spec terminology. I've attempted to change variable names as well, but obviously we use Keywords in a lot of places in LibWeb and so I may have missed some. One exception is that I've not renamed "valid-identifiers" in Properties.json... I'd like to combine that and the "valid-types" array together eventually, so there's no benefit to doing an extra rename now.
