LibWeb: Add imports to all IDL files that depend on others

LibWeb: Add Exposed attribute and IDL spec links where missing The intent is to use these to autogenerate prototype declarations for Window and WorkerGlobalScope classes. And the spec links are just nice to have :^)

LibWeb: Add a whole bunch of HTML DOM bindings Note that these aren't full implementations of the bindings. This mostly implements the low hanging fruit (namely, basic reflections) There are some attributes that should be USVString instead of DOMString. However, USVString is a slightly different definition of DOMString, so it should suffice for now.

LibWeb: Remove non-standard ReturnNullIfCrossOrigin IDL attribute This is no longer needed as BrowsingContextContainer::content_document() now does the right thing, and HTMLIFrameElement.contentDocument is the only user of this attribute. Let's not invent our own mechanisms for things that are important to get right, like same origin comparisons.

LibWeb: Make HTMLIFrameElement.contentWindow return the WindowProxy This fixes an issue where contentWindow was not accessible immediately after programmatically creating an iframe element.
