500ca417ce LibWeb: Map logical aliases at compute rather than cascade time
This requires us to front load computation of writing-mode and direction
before we encounter any logical aliases or their physical counterparts
so that we can create a mapping context.

Doing this at compute rather than cascade time achieves a few things:
 1) Brings us into line with the spec
 2) Avoids the double cascade that was previously required to compute
    mapping contexts
 3) We now compute values of logical aliases, while
    `style_value_for_computed_property` maps logical aliases to their
    physical counterparts, this didn't account for all cases (i.e. if
    there was no layout node, Typed OM, etc).
 4) Removes a hurdle to moving other upstream processes (i.e. arbitrary
    substitution function resolution, custom property computation) to
    compute time as the spec requires.

127d10c048 LibWeb: Record cascaded properties relative order
This will be required to perform logical alias mapping at compute time
since we need to know the relative order of logical and physical
property pairs

This saves us having to access the HashMap in the common case there is
no cascaded property

99c06675cf LibWeb: Combine cascaded property lookups during computation
Previously we would do two cascaded property lookups per property during
style computation - the first to get the value of the property and the
second to check whether it was marked as important. We now do this as a
single lookup to save some unnecessary work.

5381146e85 LibWeb: Include PropertyID.h in fewer header files
This reduces the size of the recompile when PropertyID.h is modified
from ~1500 to ~125

c57975c9fd LibWeb: Move and rename CSSStyleValue to StyleValues/StyleValue.{h,cpp}
This reverts 0e3487b9ab.

Back when I made that change, I thought we could make our StyleValue
classes match the typed-om definitions directly. However, they have
different requirements. Typed-om types need to be mutable and GCed,
whereas StyleValues are immutable and ideally wouldn't require a JS VM.

While I was already making such a cataclysmic change, I've moved it into
the StyleValues directory, because it *not* being there has bothered me
for a long time. 😅

0ed2e71801 LibWeb/CSS: Move and rename PseudoElement types to prep for code gen
The upcoming generated types will match those for pseudo-classes: A
PseudoElementSelector type, that then holds a PseudoElement enum
defining what it is. That enum will be at the top level in the Web::CSS
namespace.

In order to keep the diffs clearer, this commit renames and moves the
types, and then a following one will replace the handwritten enum with
a generated one.

6a4d80b9b6 LibWeb/CSS: Integrate ParsingContext into the Parser
This is not really a context, but more of a set of parameters for
creating a Parser. So, treat it as such: Rename it to ParsingParams,
and store its values and methods directly in the Parser instead of
keeping the ParsingContext around.

This has a nice side-effect of not including DOM/Document.h everywhere
that needs a Parser.

ed7f4664c2 LibWeb: Split StyleComputer work into two phases with separate outputs
Before this change, StyleComputer would essentially take a DOM element,
find all the CSS rules that apply to it, and resolve the computed value
for each CSS property for that element.

This worked great, but it meant we had to do all the work of selector
matching and cascading every time.

To enable new optimizations, this change introduces a break in the
middle of this process where we've produced a "CascadedProperties".
This object contains the result of the cascade, before we've begun
turning cascaded values into computed values.

The cascaded properties are now stored with each element, which will
later allow us to do partial updates without re-running the full
StyleComputer machine. This will be particularly valuable for
re-implementing CSS inheritance, which is extremely heavy today.

Note that CSS animations and CSS transitions operate entirely on the
computed values, even though the cascade order would have you believe
they happen earlier. I'm not confident we have the right architecture
for this, but that's a separate issue.
