Technically this was already true, but now we explicitly allow it
instead of that calc value being hidden inside a Length or Percentage.

7e76a51cb0 LibWeb: Rename Layout::InitialContainingBlock to Layout::Viewport 
The name "initial containing block" was wrong for this, as it doesn't
correspond to the HTML element, and that's specifically what it's
supposed to do! :^)

3676f5085e LibWeb: Replace RefPtr with ValueComparingRefPtr in StyleValue 
Like the name suggests this pointer type compares its pointees by value
rather than just by the pointer. This is needed for the defaulted
struct Properties equality operator.

This commit also contains a few changes to StyleValue such as replacing
the operator==()s with a .equals() again. This is done to avoid the new
reversed operator==()s ambiguity in C++20.

b75b7f0c0d LibJS+Everywhere: Propagate Cell::initialize errors from Heap::allocate 
Callers that are already in a fallible context will now TRY to allocate
cells. Callers in infallible contexts get a FIXME.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString 
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

0843960235 LibWeb: Use CSS::Size for computed size and max-size values 
This patch changes the *computed* representation of the following CSS
properties to use CSS::Size:

- width, min-width, max-width
- height, min-height, max-height

A few things had to change in order for things to keep working,
but I tried to keep the diff to a minimum.

The main trouble was that `min-width` and `max-width` can't actually be
`auto`, but they *can* be `none`. We previously treated `auto` as a
valid value (and it behaved mostly like `none`).

8deced39a8 LibWeb: Resolve cyclic declaration/definitions involving Length 
This remained undetected for a long time as HeaderCheck is disabled by
default. This commit makes the following file compile again:

    // file: compile_me.cpp
    #include <LibWeb/CSS/GridTrackSize.h>
    // That's it, this was enough to cause a compilation error.

6f433c8656 LibWeb+LibJS: Make the EventTarget hierarchy (incl. DOM) GC-allocated 
This is a monster patch that turns all EventTargets into GC-allocated
PlatformObjects. Their C++ wrapper classes are removed, and the LibJS
garbage collector is now responsible for their lifetimes.

There's a fair amount of hacks and band-aids in this patch, and we'll
have a lot of cleanup to do after this.

Add functionality to begin parsing grid-template-columns and
grid-template-rows. There are still things to be added, like parsing
functions, but I would say a couple of the major points are already
adressed like length, percentage, and flexible-length.
