3518efd71c LibJS+LibWeb: Port remaining callers to Rust pipeline
Port all remaining users of the C++ Parser/Lexer/Generator to
use the Rust pipeline instead:

- Intrinsics: Remove C++ fallback in parse_builtin_file()
- ECMAScriptFunctionObject: Remove C++ compile() fallback
- NativeJavaScriptBackedFunction: Remove C++ compile() fallback
- EventTarget: Port to compile_dynamic_function
- WebDriver/ExecuteScript: Port to compile_dynamic_function
- LibTest/JavaScriptTestRunner.h: Remove Parser/Lexer includes
- FuzzilliJs: Remove unused Parser/Lexer includes

Also remove the dead Statement-based template instantiation of
async_block_start/async_function_start.

1a03421897 LibTest: Count parse failures in test-js suite statistics
When a test file failed to parse, the error was printed but never
counted in the suite pass/fail statistics. This happened because
run_file_test() returned early on parse errors before reaching the
code that increments m_counts.suites_failed and m_counts.files_total.

This meant a test suite could have parse failures that were silently
invisible in the final "Test Suites: N passed, N total" summary.

614713ed08 LibJS: Replace IndexedProperties with inline Packed/Holey/Dictionary
Replace the OwnPtr<IndexedPropertyStorage> indirection with inline
indexed element storage directly on Object. This eliminates virtual
dispatch and reduces indirection for indexed property access.

The new system uses three storage kinds tracked by IndexedStorageKind:

- Packed: Dense array, no holes. Elements stored in a malloced Value*
  array with capacity header (same layout as named properties).
- Holey: Dense array with possible holes marked by empty sentinel.
  Same physical layout as Packed.
- Dictionary: Sparse storage using GenericIndexedPropertyStorage,
  type-punned into the m_indexed_elements pointer.

Transitions: None->Packed->Holey->Dictionary (mostly monotonic).
Dictionary mode triggers on non-default attributes or sparse arrays.

Object keeps the same 48-byte size since m_indexed_elements (8 bytes)
replaces IndexedProperties (8 bytes), and the storage kind + array
size fit in existing padding alongside m_flags.

The asm interpreter benefits from one fewer indirection: it now reads
the element pointer and array size directly from Object fields instead
of chasing through OwnPtr -> IndexedPropertyStorage -> Vector.

Removes: IndexedProperties, SimpleIndexedPropertyStorage,
IndexedPropertyStorage, IndexedPropertyIterator.
Keeps: GenericIndexedPropertyStorage (for Dictionary mode).

babfd70ca7 LibGC: Enforce that a Cell type must declare the allocator to use
This ensures that we are explicitly declaring the allocator to use when
allocating a cell(-inheriting) type, instead of silently falling back
to size-based allocation.

Since this is done in allocate_cell, this will only be detected for
types that are actively being allocated. However, since that means
they're _not_ being allocated, that means it's safe to not declare
an allocator to use for those. For example, the base TypedArray<T>,
which is never directly allocated and only the defined specializations
are ever allocated.

00182a2405 LibJS: Port the JS lexer and parser to UTF-16
This ports the lexer to UTF-16 and deals with the immediate fallout up
to the AST. The AST will be dealt with in upcoming commits.

The lexer will still accept UTF-8 strings as input, and will transcode
them to UTF-16 for lexing. This doesn't actually incur a new allocation,
as we were already converting the input StringView to a ByteString for
each lexer.

One immediate logical benefit here is that we do not need to know off-
hand how many UTF-8 bytes some special code points occupy. They all
happen to be a single UTF-16 code unit. So instead of advancing the
lexer by 3 positions in some cases, we can just always advance by 1.

0efa98a57a LibJS+LibWeb+WebContent: Port JS::PropertyKey to UTF-16
This has quite a lot of fall out. But the majority of it is just type or
UDL substitution, where the changes just fall through to other function
calls.

By changing property key storage to UTF-16, the main affected areas are:
* NativeFunction names must now be UTF-16
* Bytecode identifiers must now be UTF-16
* Module/binding names must now be UTF-16

3cf50539ec LibJS: Make Value() default-construct the undefined value
The special empty value (that we use for array holes, Optional<Value>
when empty and a few other other placeholder/sentinel tasks) still
exists, but you now create one via JS::js_special_empty_value() and
check for it with Value::is_special_empty_value().

The main idea here is to make it very unlikely to accidentally create an
unexpected special empty value.

9b79a686eb LibJS+LibWeb: Use realm.create<T> instead of heap.allocate<T>
The main motivation behind this is to remove JS specifics of the Realm
from the implementation of the Heap.

As a side effect of this change, this is a bit nicer to read than the
previous approach, and in my opinion, also makes it a little more clear
that this method is specific to a JavaScript Realm.
