901cc28272 LibWeb: Reduce recompilation impact of DOM/Document.h
Remove 11 heavy includes from Document.h that were only needed for
pointer/reference types (already forward-declared in Forward.h), and
extract the nested ViewportClient interface to a standalone header.

This reduces Document.h's recompilation cascade from ~1228 files to
~717 files (42% reduction). Headers like BrowsingContext.h that were
previously transitively included see even larger improvements (from
~1228 down to ~73 dependents).

706eb0018c LibGC+LibWeb: Mark two GC::Cell functions as MUST_UPCALL
Let's make sure that subclasses always call their base class when
overriding these virtuals:

- void finalize()
- void visit_edges(Visitor&)

b5bb0ef5d4 LibWeb: Use GC::Weak in BroadcastChannelRepository
Previously `BroadcastChannelRepository` held strong references to
`BroadcastChannel` instances, which is removed only after `close()` on
corresponding `BroadcastChannel` was called, which might never happen.

This would have to be revisited once we will implement broadcast
channels messaging across different WebContent processes, but for now
using weak references in the repository saves us from leaking all
unclosed `BroadcastChannel`s.

04f1dbce2e LibWeb/HTML: Update BroadcastChannel::is_eligible_for_messaging() spec
Corresponds to part of:
e9ccb97eb1

The majority of that spec change is in algorithms that we don't yet
implement. So this is just a small text change and an update to use
as_if() instead of static_cast().

70db474cf0 LibJS+LibWeb: Port interned bytecode strings to UTF-16
This was almost a no-op, except we intern JS exception messages. So the
bulk of this patch is porting exception messages to UTF-16.

7fad8c333d LibWeb: Use forward-declarations of structured serialized types
This reduces the rebuilt targets when touching StructuredSerialize.h
from ~1200 to ~400. The remaining are due to generated IPC headers.

a6dfc74e93 LibWeb: Only set prototype once for object with IDL interface
Before this change, we were going through the chain of base classes for
each IDL interface object and having them set the prototype to their
prototype.

Instead of doing that, reorder things so that we set the right prototype
immediately in Foo::initialize(), and then don't bother in all the base
class overrides.

This knocks off a ~1% profile item on Speedometer 3.

3bfb0534be LibGC: Rename MarkedVector => RootVector
Let's try to make it a bit more clear that this is a Vector of GC roots.

e565e3c557 LibWeb: Implement BroadcastChannel.postMessage
The repository being in static storage is a bit of a hodgepodge, but in
line with how our current storage partitioning is done. We should
eventually move this, along with other across browsing context APIs to a
proper location at a later stage. But for now, this makes progress on
the meat of the BroadcastChannel API.

qualfied returning a reference instead of a copy.

f87041bf3a LibGC+Everywhere: Factor out a LibGC from LibJS
Resulting in a massive rename across almost everywhere! Alongside the
namespace change, we now have the following names:

 * JS::NonnullGCPtr -> GC::Ref
 * JS::GCPtr -> GC::Ptr
 * JS::HeapFunction -> GC::Function
 * JS::CellImpl -> GC::Cell
 * JS::Handle -> GC::Root

9b79a686eb LibJS+LibWeb: Use realm.create<T> instead of heap.allocate<T>
The main motivation behind this is to remove JS specifics of the Realm
from the implementation of the Heap.

As a side effect of this change, this is a bit nicer to read than the
previous approach, and in my opinion, also makes it a little more clear
that this method is specific to a JavaScript Realm.
