tutao-mac 55fe4f2a36 [ios, build] Fix using artifacts for the wrong target 
When building static libraries we cache the lipo'd output
but did not include the target information. This would
result in linking error if the file was considered up-to
-date but was for the wrong target.

We fixed this by including by including the target info
in the cached file path.
