New version of Oberon that boots more reliably

Browse source 
- Get the install floppy
- Boot in qemu with install floppy and empty hard drive
- Follow the regular install process, use IDE0#00 instead of IDE0#01
- Skip Partitions.ChangeType and Partitions.Activate
