3b4f1594ff Issue #19920: TarFile.list() no longer fails when outputs a listing 
containing non-encodable characters.  Added tests for TarFile.list().

160f8924ac Skip expr* tests for large integers for Tcl <8.5. 
The '**' operator is available only since 8.5 and in any case such large
integers are not supported on Tcl <8.5.

99e033b02e Issue #19077: tempfile.TemporaryDirectory cleanup is now most likely 
successful when called during nulling out of modules during shutdown.
Misleading exception no longer raised when resource warning is emitted
during shutdown.

add94c9d82 Issue 20317: Remove debugging code from contextlib 
- Alex J Burke noticed a debugging raise in the commit that
  fixed the original bug reported in issue 20317
- this showed that multiple iterations through the affected
  loop wasn't actually being tested
