de504550af Fix test_sysconfig when prefix != exec-prefix (#9100). 
I tested this manually; it would be great to have buildbots using
installed Pythons, including Pythons configured with different prefix
and exec-prefix.

586bfe4500 Issue #13063: the Windows error ERROR_NO_DATA (numbered 232 and described 
as "The pipe is being closed") is now mapped to POSIX errno EPIPE
(previously EINVAL).

eeb7eea1f9 Issue #12911: Fix memory consumption when calculating the repr() of huge tuples or lists. 
This introduces a small private API for this common pattern.
The issue has been discovered thanks to Martin's huge-mem buildbot.

58a9153c9f Fix markup used in the documentation of sys.prefix and sys.exec_prefix. 
- Using the file role with {placeholders} is IMO clearer than fake
  Python code.

- The fact that sys.version[:3] gives '3.2' is a CPython detail and
  should not be advertised (see #9442), even if some stdlib modules
  currently rely on that detail.

1e44fecc52 Issue #13087: BufferedReader.seek() now always raises UnsupportedOperation 
if the underlying raw stream is unseekable, even if the seek could be
satisfied using the internal buffer.  Patch by John O'Connor.

53ffdc53bf Issue #7732: Don't open a directory as a file anymore while importing a 
module. Ignore the direcotry if its name matchs the module name (e.g.
"__init__.py") and raise a ImportError instead.
