e521d69d39 Texture format error on export: Show project setting
Changing the project setting manually will prompt for a restart, which
will trigger the required re-import of textures.
Previously the project setting would be changed automatically but
textures would not be re-imported, which could be unexpected.

14321b8ed5 Set auto translate mode for drag previews
- Controls
  - `LineEdit`, `TextEdit`: Always disabled since it's dragging user input.
  - `TabBar`: Use the same auto translate mode as the node.
  - `RichTextLabel`: Always disable since auto translation is done
    differently from other controls (selection text you get
    programmatically is always after auto translation).
- Editor
  - Disable drag preview auto translation if the text is user input,
    filename, or class name.
  - Also disabled unexpected auto translation for audio bus effect names.

Update the export logic to enable apk generation and signing for Android editor builds

Note: Only legacy builds are supported. Gradle builds are not supported at this point in time.

60a4cc2fbe Fix export dialog sizing issue on small devices
Fixes https://github.com/godotengine/godot/issues/73130

- Update the min height from `700` to `500` to match the editor's min height of `600`
- Wrap the sections of the `TabContainer` within a `ScrollContainer`. This prevents the export dialog from trying to resize to fit the tallest of those sections, and make them accessible on small screen devices.

Reduce and prevent unnecessary random-access to List
Random-access access to `List` when iterating is `O(n^2)` (`O(n)` when
accessing a single element)

* Removed subscript operator, in favor of a more explicit `get`
* Added conversion from `Iterator` to `ConstIterator`
* Remade existing operations into other solutions when applicable

5e6adb4a2d Merge uid_cache.bin and global_script_class_cache.cfg after mounting PCKs

Also, distinguish between main pack and DLC packs.
It's desirable to downloaded content to be as small as possible. This change avoids bloating non-main pack files with new versions of resources that are all read on startup and never used again. They have no effect if loaded after startup.
- project.godot/project.binary file
- extension_list.cfg
- app icon and boot_splash
- .ico and .icns files (these can still be opted in for DLC by listing them explicitly in the include filter)
